Complaint

Thank you for shopping at Tillman Glass. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide products of the highest quality. However, if you encounter a problem or defect with your purchased product, we are here to assist you with the complaint process.

How to proceed with a complaint:

  1. Contact us:

  2. Please prepare the following information:

    • Order number
    • Name of the product being complained about
    • Description of the defect or problem
    • Optionally, attach photos of the defective product
  3. Send the complained product:

    • After receiving your request, we will contact you with further instructions on how to send the complained product.
    • Make sure the product is well packaged to prevent further damage during transport.

Complaint Policy:

  • Complaints will be resolved within 30 days of receiving the complained product.
  • In the case of a justified complaint, we will offer you a repair, replacement of the product, or a refund of the purchase price.
  • The cost of transporting the complained product is borne by the customer unless it is a justified complaint where the Seller is at fault.
