Terms and conditions

I. General Provisions

1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between Tillman Glass s.r.o., with its registered office at Podolské nábřeží 1124/2, Prague 4, 14700, Company ID: 17111609, VAT ID: CZ17111609 (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"), and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer") when purchasing goods through the online store www.tillmanglass.com (hereinafter referred to as "E-shop").
2. All contractual relationships are governed by these Terms unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

II. Order and Conclusion of Contract

1. The Buyer's order constitutes a proposal to enter into a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order via email to the Buyer's provided email address.
2. The Seller reserves the right not to accept the order if the goods are out of stock or if market conditions have changed.
3. The Buyer agrees to the use of remote communication means when entering into the contract.

III. Price and Payment Terms

1. The prices of goods listed in the E-shop are final, including all taxes and fees, unless stated otherwise.
2. The Buyer can pay for the ordered goods using the payment methods available in the E-shop.
3. The purchase price is due immediately upon the conclusion of the purchase contract.

IV. Delivery Terms

1. The Seller will arrange for the delivery of the goods to the address provided by the Buyer in the order. The delivery date will be stated in the order confirmation.
2. The delivery costs are listed in the order and are to be paid by the Buyer.
3. The Seller is not responsible for any delay or failure in the delivery caused by third parties.

V. Withdrawal from Contract and Return of Goods

1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
2. The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
3. The Seller will refund the purchase price to the Buyer no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

VI. Complaints and Warranty

1. The Seller is responsible for any defects in the goods in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
2. The Buyer is obliged to make a complaint without undue delay after discovering the defect.
3. Complaints will be resolved within 30 days of receipt.

VII. Personal Data Protection

1. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations and the privacy policy stated on the E-shop.
2. The Buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the contract.

VIII. Final Provisions

1. These Terms are effective from [date].
2. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, with the new terms taking effect upon their publication on the E-shop.
3. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved by the competent court in the Czech Republic.
